Dec 2020 my A1c was 9.2 and prescribed metformin. Wanted to find an alternative solution than big pharma. Started on cinnachroma late January. End of March A1c dropped to 6.2. Recheck again in 3 months and potentially discontinue the metformin. My metformin 500 is now once a day as we reduced due to soft pasty stools. My blood sugar average is around 102 -105!
